摘 要:【目的】探明不同草品种对汞胁迫的生长反应及汞富集能力,为汞污染土壤植物修复提供参考。【方法】以0 mg/L(CK)、30 mg/L、60 mg/L、90 mg/L、120 mg/L 5个汞浓度胁迫处理紫羊茅的派尼(Festuca rubra‘Pernille’)、传奇(Festuca rubra‘Legend’),多花黑麦草的盛宴(Lolium multiflorum‘Feast’),紫花苜蓿的金皇后(Medicago sativa‘Golden empress’)4个常见的草品种进行沙培盆栽试验,在30 d测定各品种幼苗的根长、鲜重和地上地下部分Hg富集量。【结果】4个草品种的幼苗根长、鲜重、地上地下汞富集量均随汞胁迫浓度的增加而下降,当汞胁迫浓度处于较低水平(30 mg/L)时,4个草品种幼苗的根长、鲜重较对照分别下降2.61%~27.08%、13.29~50.02%,当汞胁迫浓度处于最高水平(120 mg/L)时,根长、鲜重较对照分别下降42.59%~56.79%、65.71%~79.57%,高浓度汞胁迫严重抑制幼苗生长;汞富集量随汞胁迫浓度增加而降低,低浓度胁迫下地上部分富集量高于地下部分,高浓度胁迫下则相反。【结论】紫花苜蓿的金皇后在耐汞胁迫和汞富集能力方面表现最佳,多花黑麦草的盛宴次之,紫羊茅的传奇和派尼最弱。【Objective】The growth response and Hg enrichment of four grass varieties to Hg stress are explored to provide a reference for the plant remediation of Hg-contaminated soil.【Method】Five Hg stress treatments(0 mg/L,30 mg/L,60 mg/L,90 mg/L and 120 mg/L)are used to conduct sand culture pot experiment on four common grass varieties(Festuca rubra‘Pernille’,Festuca rubra‘Legend,Lolium multiflorum‘Feast’and Medicago sativa‘Golden empress’).The root length,fresh weight and Hg enrichment in aboveground and underground parts of seedlings of each grass variety are determined on 30 d.【Result】The seedling root length,fresh weight and Hg accumulation in aboveground and underground parts of the four grass varieties decrease with the increase of Hg stress concentration.When the Hg stress concentration is at a low level(30 mg/L HgCl 2),the seedling root length and fresh weight of the four grass varieties are decreased by 2.61%─27.08%and 13.29%─50.02%compared with the control,respectively.When the Hg stress concentration is at the highest level(120 mg/L),the root length and fresh weight are decreased by 42.59%─56.79%and 65.71%─79.57%compared with the control.Hg stress with high concentration inhibits the growth of seedlings seriously.Hg accumulation decreases with the increase of Hg stress concentration.The accumulation in the aboveground part is higher than that in the underground part under low concentration stress,while it is opposite under high concentration stress.【Conclusion】Medicago sativa‘Golden empress’shows the best tolerance to Hg stress and Hg enrichment ability,followed by Lolium multiflorum‘Feast’,Festuca rubra‘Legend’and‘Pernille’.
