摘 要:【目的】探明不同浓度镉污染土壤条件下镉在水稻中的迁移转化特征,为控制镉在水稻中的迁移及保障粮食生产安全提供参考依据。【方法】通过人工模拟镉污染的盆栽试验,研究不同镉污染程度(轻微、轻度、中度及重度污染)土壤对分蘗期和成熟期水稻各器官镉积累、富集能力及土壤-水稻系统各部分间转运特征的影响。【结果】水稻各器官镉积累量及富集能力均随土壤镉污染程度增加而增大,镉在水稻中的富集能力表现为根系>茎叶>糙米。镉在土壤-水稻系统各环节转运能力表现为土壤-根系>根系-茎叶>茎叶-稻米。镉胁迫浓度与土壤-水稻系统各部分间转运系数无明显相关性。【结论】镉在水稻不同部位的含量与土壤中镉浓度成正相关关系。【Objective】In order to provide a reference for controlling Cd migration to rice and ensuring the safety of grain production,the migration transformation characteristics of Cd in rice under the conditions of Cd-contaminated soil with different Cd concentration are explored.【Method】Through a pot experiment simulated Cd contamination,the effects of soil with different Cd contaminated level(slight,mild,moderate and severe contamination)on Cd accumulation and enrichment of rice organs as well as the transportation characteristics of different parts of soil-rice system at tillering stage and maturity stage are studied.【Result】Cd accumulation and enrichment in various organs of rice increase with the increase of Cd contamination level in soil.The Cd enrichment in organs of rice performs root>stem and leaves>brown rice.The transportation capacity of Cd in each process of soil-rice system shows soil-root>root-stem and leaves>stem and leaves-brown rice.There is no obvious correlation between Cd stress concentration and transportation coefficient of different parts of soil-rice system.【Conclusion】Cd content in different parts of rice is positively correlated with Cd concentration in soil.
