摘　　要：目的探讨磁共振平扫结合MRCP对胆系结石的诊断价值。方法收集本院41例行MRI平扫及MRCP检查胆道结石患者资料,将其影像诊断与临床手术结果对照分析,以评价磁共振平扫结合MRCP对胆系结石的价值。结果术前影像显示,胆囊结石34例,肝内胆管结石6例,胆总管结石10例,手术结果显示,胆囊结石34例,肝内胆管结石7例,胆总管结石11例,磁共振平扫结合MRCP对胆系结石诊断准确率为95.1%。结论磁共振平扫结合MRCP检查,对胆系结石检出率高,值得临床应用。Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of MRI plain scan combined with MRCP in the diagnosis of biliary stone.Methods The data of 41 patients with biliary stones examined by MRI plain scan and MRCP in our hospital were collected.The imaging findings and surgical results were compared to evaluate the value of MRI plain scan combined with MRCP in the diagnosis of biliary stone.Results Preoperative imaging showed that there were 34 cases of gallbladder stones,6 cases of intrahepatic bile duct stones and 10 cases of common bile duct stones.The operations proved that there were 34 cases of gallbladder stones,7 cases of intrahepatic bile duct stones and 11 cases of common bile duct stones.The diagnostic accuracy of MRI plain scan combined with MRCP was 95.1%.Conclusion MRI plian scan combined with MRCP has a high accuracy rate in the diagnosis of biliary stones,which is worthy of clinical application.
