摘 要:男性生精过程是一个多步骤、被精密调控的生理过程。单链非编码小RNA分子microRNA(简称miRNA)作为一种基因调控的重要方式,通过抑制和阻碍翻译过程来调节转录后基因沉默,参与各种生理过程。目前已有多项研究证实miRNA介导的转录后基因表达调控与男性精子发生过程存在密切相关性。因此,探讨miRNA在生精过程中的作用及其表达水平变化,有助于进一步了解男性生精的分子机制,寻找针对男性不育有效的生物标志物和治疗策略。本文将从miRNA直接参与或间接影响精子发生2个方面进行综述,总结miRNA在生精过程中的重要作用。Spermatogenesis is a multi-step and precisely regulated physiological process.As an important method of gene expression regulation,small single-stranded non-coding RNA molecules,microRNA(abbreviated miRNA),regulate post-transcriptional gene silencing(PTGS)by inhibiting the translation process,and participate in various physiological processes.At present,a number of studies have confirmed that miRNA-mediated post-transcriptional gene expression regulation is closely related to the male spermatogenesis.Therefore,exploring the role of miRNA in the process of spermatogenesis and their expressive changes during this process will help to further understand the molecular mechanism of spermatogenesis,and find effective biomarkers and treatment strategies of male infertility.This review focus on two aspects of miRNA that directly participate in or indirectly affect spermatogenesis and summarize the important role of miRNA in the process of spermatogenesis.
