摘 要:聚合物共混体系的相容性直接决定材料的相态结构和性能,相容性的研究是聚合物共混改性的基础。本文介绍了流变学方法表征聚合物共混体系相容性的五种常用方法:玻璃化转变温度法、低频末端区斜率法、Cole-Cole曲线法、时温等效法和蠕变-回复法。流变学表征方法具有适用范围广、制样简单、测试影响小和灵敏度高等优点,是表征聚合物共混体系相容性的有力手段。The compatibility of polymer blends directly determines the phase structure and properties of the composites. The study of compatibility is the basis of polymer blending modification. In this paper, five common rheological methods for characterizing the compatibility of polymer blends are introduced, i.e., the glass transition temperature method, the low-frequency slope method, the Cole-Cole curve method, the time-temperature equivalence principle method and the creep-recovery method. The rheological methods have many advantages, such as convenience sample preparation, less impact on samples, good applicability and high sensitivity, which are poweful means to characterize the compatibility of polymer blends.
