摘　　要：根据海南省禁毒三年大会战的总体部署,海南职业技术学院在省禁毒办和省教育厅的支持下,发起成立海南省学校毒品预防教育协会,并依托药学专业的学生成立禁毒防艾志愿服务队,广泛动员社会组织和青年学生深入吸毒率比较高的乡村和社区开展志愿服务活动,并结合预防艾滋病宣传教育工作,将禁毒防艾作为宣传教育的重要内容,开启了全海南岛“禁毒防艾绿色海岛行”活动。探索通过政府购买服务、院校专业志愿者支持和社会组织专业指导“三位一体”的运营模式,实现了毒品预防教育志愿服务项目常态化运营。禁毒防艾志愿服务队深入推动毒品预防教育进场所、进社区、进农村、进校园、进家庭,宣传禁毒大会战成果,取得了较好的成效,受到国家级、省市级的资助和肯定。为加强毒品预防教育、防艾宣传,提高社区居民的禁毒防艾意识,助力海南自贸港建设做出了积极的贡献。According to the overall deployment of the three-year anti drug battle in Hainan Province,Hainan College of Vocation and Technique(HCVT),as a native college,with the support of Hainan provincial Anti-drug office and the Department of education,HCVT initiated the establishment of Hainan school drug prevention education association,and relied on pharmaceutical students to set up a volunteer service team for drug prevention and AIDS.This team extensively mobilize social organizations and young students to carry out volunteer activities in rural areas and communities with relatively high rate of drug abuse,and combining anti AIDS publicity and education work,taking drug control and AIDS prevention as an important part of publicity and education,and the“Anti-drug and AIDS prevention Green Island Trip”has launched in Hainan.Exploring the“three-in-one”operation model through government-purchased services,professional volunteer support from colleges and professional guidance from social organizations,the regular operation of drug prevention education volunteer service projects has been realized.Volunteer service team deeply promotes drug prevention education in places,communities,rural areas,campuses and families,and publicized the results of the anti-drug conference.It has achieved good results and has been funded and affi rmed by the national,provincial and municipal levels.It has made a positive contribution to the construction of Hainan Free trade Port in order to strengthen the drug prevention education and AIDS prevention publicity,and improve the awareness of drug control and AIDS prevention among community residents。
