摘　　要：含阿片类复方制剂因其系统性管理相对缺失、制度实施强度相对不足、正确规范使用观念相对薄弱、临床使用可及性较高、监管力度不够等诸多因素的共同影响;致使临床广泛使用、并忽略其潜在的安全风险,甚至存在“过度使用”或“药物滥用”等现象,而目前关于含阿片类复方制剂的管理及用药安全问题鲜有分析与报道,本文通过对含阿片类复方制剂的管理现状及合理用药做一系统阐述,以期为其规范、合理使用提供参考。Opioid compound preparations are affected by many factors,such as the lack of systematic management,the lack of institutional implementation,the weak concept of corr ect s tandardized use,the high accessibility to clinical use,and the insuffi cient supervision.Lead to widespread clinical use,and ignore its potential safety risks,even the existence of“overuse”or“drug abuse”,At present,there are few analysis and reports on the management and drug safety of compound preparations containing opiates.This paper systematically expounds the management status and rational drug use of compound preparations containing opiates,in order to provide reference for its standard and rational use.
