老年酒精性心肌病的护理干预研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨老年酒精性心肌病的护理干预效果。方法:选取2019年5月—2020年5月在该院治疗的160例老年酒精性心肌病患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和干预组,每组80例。对照组予以常规护理,干预组予以综合护理,比较两组护理前后自我效能感评分、6 min步行距离、护理依从性、护理满意度、再入院率、临床症状消失时间。结果:干预组依从率为98.75%,高于对照组的87.50%(P<0.05);干预组满意度为96.25%,高于对照组的85.00%(P<0.05);干预组再入院率为2.50%,低于对照组的12.50%(P<0.05);干预组护理后临床症状消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05);干预组自我效能感评分高于对照组(P<0.05);干预组6 min步行距离远于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用综合护理可提高老年酒精性心肌病患者的依从性和满意度,改善患者的生活质量,值得推广应用。Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention for elderly alcoholic dependent cardiomyopathy.Methods:A total of 160 elderly patients with alcoholic cardiomyopathy treated in this hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected and divided into a control group and an intervention group according to a random number table,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the intervention group was given comprehensive nursing care.The two groups were compared before and after nursing self-effi cacy score,6-min walking distance,nursing compliance,nursing satisfaction,readmission rate,and time to disappearance of clinical symptoms.Results:The compliance rate of the intervention group was 98.75%,which was higher than 87.50%of the control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction of the intervention group was 96.25%,which was higher than 85.00%of the control group(P<0.05);the readmission rate of the intervention group was 2.50%,which was lower than 12.50%of the control group(P<0.05);the clinical symptoms disappearing time after nursing in the intervention group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05);the self-effi cacy score of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the 6 min walking distance of the intervention group was farther than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing care can improve the compliance and satisfaction of elderly patients with alcoholic cardiomyopathy,and improve the quality of life of patients.It is worthy of popularization and application.
