痰热清注射液与多种药物配伍稳定性的文献分析

摘　　要：目的:归纳总结痰热清注射液在临床中的配伍禁忌,为临床合理及安全用药提供参考。方法:通过中国知网、万方数据库及重庆维普数据库收集国内公开发表的关于痰热清注射液配伍禁忌的文章,进行总结分析。结果:共筛选出有效文献57篇,共涉及75种药物与痰热清注射液存在配伍禁忌,其中包括抗感染药物、抗病毒药物、消化系统用药、呼吸系统用药、心血管系统用药、神经系统用药、维生素类及营养用药、血液系统用药、中药注射剂及其他类,发生位置主要在试管中、输液管中及墨菲氏滴管中,现象主要为混浊、沉淀,其次为颜色改变,仅亚叶酸钙注射液与痰热清注射液出现大量气泡生成。结论:痰热清注射液与许多药物存在配伍禁忌,临床上应尽量避免与以上药物联合使用,确需联合使用应在使用痰热清注射液前后时冲管或更换新的输液器,以确保临床用药安全,减少不良反应的发生。Objective:To summarize the contraindications of Tanreqing injection in clinic,and to provide reference for clinical reasonable and safe medication.Methods:Through CNKI database,Wanfang database and VIP database to collect published articles on the compatibility of Tanreqing injection in China,and conduct a summary analysis.Results:A total of 57 valid documents were screened out,involving 75 drugs and Tanreqing injection that are contraindicated,including antiinfective drugs,antiviral drugs,digestive system drugs,respiratory system drugs,cardiovascular system drugs,and nervous system Medications,vitamins and nutritional medications,blood system medications,traditional Chinese medicine injections and other types.The locations are mainly in test tubes,infusion tubes and Murphy’s droppers.The main phenomena are turbidity and precipitation,followed by color changes.Folate calcium injection and Tanreqing injection produced a large number of bubbles.Conclusion:Tanreqing injection has contraindications to many drugs.Clinically,it is necessary to avoid the combined use of the above drugs.If it is necessary to use the combination,the tube should be fl ushed or replaced with a new infusion set before and after the use of Tanreqing injection.Ensure the safety of clinical medication and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
