探讨大剂量米非司酮联合中药治疗宫外孕的远期疗效

摘　　要：目的:探究大剂量米非司酮联合中药治疗宫外孕的远期疗效。方法:连续选取我院于2020年1月—2020年12月收治的82例宫外孕患者,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组41例。对照组采用大剂量米非司酮治疗,研究组采用大剂量米非司酮合并中药治疗,比较两组治疗效果、临床指标、血清学指标、血液流变学指标、不良反应发生率及生活质量评分。结果:治疗后,研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组临床指标、血清学指标、血液流变学指标的改善优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。随访第6个月时,研究组各项生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:与大剂量米非司酮单药治疗相比,大剂量米非司酮联合中药治疗宫外孕可进一步提升治疗效果,改善患者临床指标、血清学指标、血液流变学指标,提高患者的生活质量,降低不良反应发生率。Objective:To explore the long-term effect of high-dose mifepristone combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:A series of 82 patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected and divided into study group and control group with 41 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group was treated with high-dose mifepristone,and the study group was treated with high-dose mifepristone combined with traditional Chinese medicine.The treatment effects,clinical indexes,serological indexes,hemorheological indexes,adverse reactions incidence and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the improvement of clinical indexes,serological indexes,and hemorheology indexes of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);the total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).At the 6th month of follow-up,the quality of life scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with high-dose mifepristone monotherapy,high-dose mifepristone combined with traditional Chinese medicine for ectopic pregnancy can further improve the therapeutic effect,improved clinical indicators,serological indicators,and hemorheological indicators can improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
