六味地黄丸联合西药治疗2型糖尿病临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察六味地黄丸联合西药治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效及对患者胰岛功能、炎症因子、免疫功能的影响。方法:选取100例2型糖尿病患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组给予口服降糖药或注射胰岛素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予六味地黄丸治疗,2组均连续治疗3个月。比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分及血糖指标、胰岛功能指标、炎症因子、免疫功能指标水平。结果:治疗后,2组中医证候积分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(P2h BG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)及CD8+水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组上述9项指标水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);2组空腹C肽(FCP)、餐后2 h C肽(P2h CP)、胰岛β细胞功能指数(HOMA-β)、CD4+水平及CD4+/CD8+均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),观察组上述5项指标水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:六味地黄丸联合西药可有效降低2型糖尿病患者的血糖水平,改善其胰岛功能,降低炎症反应,提高免疫功能。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Liuwei Dihuang pills combined with western medicine for type2 diabetes mellitus,and its effect on islet function,inflammatory factors,and immune function.Methods:A total of100 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral hypoglycemic drugs or insulin injection treatment,and the observation group was additionally treated with Liuwei Dihuang pills based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for three months.Before and after treatment,the scores of Chinese medicine syndrome,blood glucose indexes,islet function indexes,levels of inflammatory factors,and immune function indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the Chinese medicine syndrom scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,fasting blood glucose(FBG),postprandial 2-hours plasma glucose(P2h PG),hemoglobin A1c(Hb A1c),homeostatic model assessment of insulin resistance(HOMA-IR),C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),and CD8+in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the nine indexes above in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,levels of fasting C-peptide(FCP),postprandial 2-hours C peptide(P2h CP),homeostatic model assessment ofβ-cell function(HOMA-β),and CD4+,as well as CD4+/CD8+in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the five indexes above in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Liuwei Dihuang pills combined with western medicine can effectively reduce level of plasma glu
