督脉电针联合康复训练治疗脊髓损伤后运动、感觉障碍临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察督脉电针联合康复训练治疗脊髓损伤(SCI)后运动、感觉障碍的临床疗效。方法:选取84例SCI患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各42例。对照组给予康复训练治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用督脉电针治疗,2组均治疗3个月。比较2组治疗前后运动功能、感觉功能、生活质量评分;比较2组临床疗效。结果:治疗后,2组运动功能、感觉功能及生活质量评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),观察组运动功能、感觉功能及生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为66.67%,高于对照组的42.86%(P<0.05)。结论:督脉电针联合康复训练治疗SCI,可有效改善患者的运动、感觉障碍,提高其生活质量。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of electroacupuncture at governor collateral combined with rehabilitation training on motor and sensory disorders after spinal cord injury(SCI).Methods:A total of 84 SCI patients were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with rehabilitation training,and the observation group was additionally treated with electroacupuncture at governor collateral based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for three months.The scores of motor function,sensory function and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The clinical effect in the two groups was compared.Results:After treatment,the scores of motor function,sensory function and quality of life were increased when compared with those before treatment in both groups(P<0.05).The scores of motor function,sensory function and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 66.67%in the observation group,higher than that of 42.86%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy pf electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitation training for SCI can effectively improve patients’motor and sensory disorders and their quality of life.
