从郑钦安阴阳观浅析围绝经期疾病辨治

摘　　要：郑钦安之学术思想重视人身阴阳,并形成了以先天坎离为主的阴阳观。辨析围绝经期疾病可单从肾论,也可从心肾关系调。而从郑钦安之阴阳观分析,则当抓住阳衰阴不足、虚阳上浮、心肾不交的特点,以扶阳抑阴为大法,兼潜摄浮阳、交通心肾。ZHENG Qin’an’s academic thought attaches great importance to yin and yang of human body,and forms his yin-yang view with congenital kan-li as the main.Differentiation of perimenopausal diseases can be discussed from the kidney alone,or from the heart-kidney relationship.According to ZHENG Qin’an’s yin-yang view,the characteristics including decline of yang and yin insufficiency,deficiency yang floating upward and non-interaction between the heart and kidney should be grasped,and the method of supporting yang and inhibiting yin is seen as the main method,combined with submerging floating yang and coordinating the heart and kidney.
