摘　　要：介绍马丽俐教授治疗寻常型银屑病的临床经验。马丽俐教授认为,热、湿、瘀是银屑病的关键病因。在辨证上,需整体辨证与局部辨证相结合,整体辨证尤其应注重舌脉之变化,局部辨证需重视疹色、形,以及所发部位。在治疗上,宜标本兼治,顾护脾胃后天之本应贯穿整个疾病治疗过程;内服和外治相结合,以求最佳疗效,创有外治基本方银花散,可依据病情轻、中、重各阶段而选用;强调认真望闻问切,重视心理疏导。To introduce the clinical experience of professor MA Lili treating psoriasis vulgaris.Professor MA Lili believes that heat,dampness and blood stasis are the key causes of psoriasis.In syndrome differentiation,it is necessary to combine the holistic syndrome differentiation with the local syndrome differentiation.In holistic syndrome differentiation,the attention should be paid to the changes of tongue and pulse;in local syndrome differentiation,the attention should be paid to the color,shape and location of rashes.In the treatment,it is advisable to treat the root and branch simultaneously,and caring for the foundation of acquired constitution of spleen and stomach should run through the entire course of disease treatment;the internal administration and external treatment are combined to achieve the best curative effect;Yinhua powder is made as the basic prescription of external treatment to be applied according to the mild,moderate and severe stages of the disease;emphasis is put on careful inspection,listening and smelling,inquiry and palpation as well as psychological counseling.
