摘　　要：人才经济发展在东北地区产业结构调整中具有举足轻重的作用。为更好地发挥东北地区人才经济对产业结构调整的推动作用,进而为社会经济发展及产业结构转型升级服务,东北地区应进一步加强对人才经济发展的重视,激发高校在东北地区人才经济建设中的作用,不断完善人才引进体系,建立产业与人才交流合作平台,推动人才管理信息咨询服务机构的建立,奖励创新创业,推进知识产权保护。The development of talent economy plays a pivotal role in the adjustment of industrial structure in Northeast China.In order to better promote the role of talent economy in the adjustment of industrial structure in Northeast China and better serve the social and economic development and the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure,firstly,the emphasis should be attached to the development of the talent economy in this region.Secondly,it is important to motivate colleges and universities in Northeast to actively participate in the construction of the talent economy.Thirdly,it is essential to improve the talent introduction system and set up a platform for industry and talent to exchange and cooperate.Fourthly,it is necessary to promote the establishment of talent management information consulting service agencies.Finally,it is vital to give awards to innovation and entrepreneurship and promote intellectual property protection.
