摘　　要：对HXD2系列机车制动软管连接器及防尘堵结构进行分析,找出防尘堵设计结构及尺寸不合理是导致连接器与防尘堵脱开的直接原因,制定了适当缩短吊链的长度、加装安全挂钩、改变吊链的安装位置等措施,提出了修改防尘堵企业标准、改装新型防尘堵等建议。The paper analyzes the brake hose connector and dustproof plug structure of HXD2 series locomotive, and finds out the direct cause of the disconnection of brake hose connector from dustproof plug due to the unreasonable design structure and size of the dustproof plug. Therefore,measures such as shortening the length of sling chain, installing safety hooks,changing the installation position of sling chain are formulated,and the amendments to the dustproof plug enterprise standards and the modification of a new dustproof plug are put forward.
