全身麻醉联合硬质支气管镜成功为晚孕期大咯血患者实施剖宫产术两例

摘　　要：本文报道2例晚孕期大咯血患者,分别于孕33周和孕28周在全身麻醉、高频喷射通气下完成剖宫产术及硬质支气管镜下止血,并于剖宫产术后行支气管动脉造影及支气管动脉栓塞术。2例咯血均为肺动静脉畸形所致。随访至产后12个月,2例患者咯血均未复发,2例新生儿均存活。We report two women with massive hemoptysis during late pregnancy,who gave birth to two live neonates by cesarean section under a rigid bronchoscopy-guided high-frequency jet ventilation combined with general anesthesia at 33 and 28 gestational weeks,respectively.Bronchoscopy-guided hemostasis was achieved during the operation.Postoperative bronchial arteriography and bronchial artery embolization confirmed the diagnosis of pulmonary vascular malformations.During the 12-month follow-up,no relapse of hemoptysis was observed and the two babies were healthy.
