摘　　要：探讨了微量纤维纺纱的方法。利用实验室纺纱设备与生产用纺纱设备相互配合,通过手动开松混合原料直接喂入小样梳棉机成条,以4道并条调整熟条重不匀,配以低速、“三大一小”纺纱工艺纺纱,重点是提高成纱制成率。The spinning method of a small amount of fiber were discussed.Laboratory spinning equipment was cooperated with spinning equipment for production.The raw materials were directly fed into sample carding machine by manual loosening and mixture,then weight unevenness of the drawn sliver was adjusted by using four drawing processes.Finally,low speed,"three large and one small"spinning process for application practice were chosen.The key point was the improvement of yarn yield.
