摘 要:为研究干旱和盐对新疆荒漠植物霸王种子萌发的影响,在等渗PEG 6000和NaCl溶液胁迫下进行萌发试验以模拟干旱和盐胁迫,以蒸馏水处理为对照,每天观察并记录萌发情况。结果显示:PEG 6000和NaCl胁迫在高渗透势时对霸王种子萌发无明显影响,在低渗透势时对萌发抑制作用明显加剧,其最终萌发率和萌发指数均随渗透势的降低而下降,其相对盐害率逐渐增加而抗旱指数逐渐降低。渗透势低于-0.6 MPa时,盐胁迫抑制作用明显加强;渗透势低于-0.4 MPa时,PEG 6000胁迫抑制作用明显增强且≤-0.8 MPa时,霸王种子完全不萌发。PEG 6000溶液对霸王种子萌发的抑制作用比NaCl溶液的抑制作用明显,即渗透胁迫为抑制霸王种子萌发的主要因素。经复水萌发后其萌发率均大于81.6%,说明本试验设定PEG 6000和NaCl的渗透势范围内未使种子致死,解除胁迫后种子依然具有较强萌发能力,霸王种子耐旱耐盐范围尚需进一步研究。To explore the germination characteristics and the effects of the seed of Zygophyllum,xanthoxylon under the drought and salt stress,we performed the stress experiments of the iso-osmotic PEG 6000 and NaCl solution to the seeds of Z.xanthoxylon that distributes the desert region of Xinjiang.Purified water treatment was regarded as the control.This experiment was observed and recorded the number of seed germination each day.The results showed:PEG 6000 and NaCl stress had no significant effect on the germination at high osmotic potential,but remarkably increased the inhibition to the seed germination at low osmotic potential.As the decrease of osmotic potential,the final germination percentage,germination index and the drought resistance index decreased while the relative salt damage rate increased.When the osmotic potential was-0.6 MPa in NaCl treatments,the inhibition was obviously strengthened and the relative salt damage rate increased significantly,which had greater affected on the seeds.With the osmotic potential -0.4 MPa in PEG 6000 stress,the inhibition was significantly strengthened,and the drought resistance index decreased sharply.At the lower osmotic potential of PEG 6000,-0.8 and -1.0 MPa,the seed germination was completely inhibited and the drought resistance index was zero.The influence of PEG 6000 on Z.xanthoxylon seed germination was greater than that of iso-osmotic NaCl,which suggested that drought stress was main factor that inhibits seeds germination of Z.xanthoxylon.The germination rate was over 81.6% after relieving stress and rewatering,so the seeds still kept strong germination ability under the iso-osmotic PEG 6000 and NaCl stress in this study,which showed that the seed of Z.xanthoxylon had a certain drought and salt tolerance and the species needed further study on the tolerance.
