摘 要:薤白始记载于《神农本草经》,为中医临床治疗胸痹心痛的传统药材,亦是民间常见的野菜。现代中药学研究表明其含有皂苷、挥发油、黄酮、苯丙素、多糖、生物碱等多类活性成分,具有显著的改善心血管相关疾病、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗血小板聚集等药理活性。通过查阅国内外相关文献,对薤白的化学成分和药理作用研究进行了综述,以期为薤白的进一步研究及开发提供参考。Alliium macrostemonisBulbus was first recorded in Sheng Nong′s herbal classic. It is a traditional Chinese medicine for the clinical treatment of chest arthralgia and heartache. It is also a common wild vegetable among the people. Modern traditional Chinese medicine research shows that it contains saponins,volatile oil,flavonoids,phenylpropanoid,polysaccharides,alkaloids and other active components,and has significant pharmacological activities such as improving cardiovascular related diseases,anti-tumor,anti-oxidation,anti-platelet aggregation and so on. According to pertinent literatures,this article reviewed the chemical constituents and pharmacological actions of A. macrostemonis Bulbus,and expected that could supplies reference for the exploitation and further studies of the drug.
