摘 要:氟塑料薄膜作为性能优异的高分子材料应用广泛,光伏背板是其应用之一。GB/T 36289.2—2018中用氧瓶燃烧-离子色谱法测定氟含量,需配置较昂贵的离子色谱仪和色谱柱,且聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)薄膜中的氟质量分数一般高于30%,氧瓶燃烧得到的吸收液需要稀释至大体积后才可制成试液进行检测,同时需绘制标准曲线,操作较繁琐且成本较高。采用氧瓶燃烧-硝酸钍滴定法测定PVDF粉末和氟膜的氟含量,数据可靠,表明该方法可作为包括PVDF膜在内的光伏背板用氟膜中氟含量测定的常规方法。Fluorine membrane is widely used as a polymer material with excellent properties. Photovoltaic backplane is one of its applications. In GB/T 36289.2—2018, the method of oxygen flask combustion-ion chroma-tography is used to determine the fluorine content. However, the ion chromatograph and chromatographic columns are expensive. Since the fluorine content in PVDF membrane is generally higher than 30%, the absorption solution obtained by oxygen flask combustion needs to be diluted in large volume into test solution for detection. At the same time, standard curve is necessary for quantitative test. Therefore, the operation is complicated and the cost is high. In this paper, the method of oxygen flask combustion-thorium nitrate titration is used for the determination of fluorine content in PVDF powder and fluoride membrane. The test results are reliable. The method can be used as a conventional method for the determination of fluorine content in fluoride membrane for photovoltaic backplane including PVDF membrane.
