摘 要:在催化剂作用下,六氟丙烯与三氟乙酰氟反应制备全氟甲基异丙基酮(C_(5)F_(10)O)。在乙腈为溶剂的条件下,探索了催化剂、反应温度、反应时间对制备C_(5)F_(10)O的影响,得到优选反应条件:催化剂为氟化钾,反应温度为80℃,反应时间为9~10 h。在该条件下,C_(5)F_(10)O的产率为87%~88%,纯度>95%。该方法反应条件温和、操作简单且收率高,易大规模生产。C_(5)F_(10)O was prepared by the reaction of hexafluoropropene and trifluoroacetyl fluoride using catalyst. Selected acetonitrilas as solvent, the effects of catalyst, reaction temperature and reaction time on the C_(5)F_(10)O preparation were investigated. The preferred reaction conditions were as follows: the catalyst was potassium fluoride, the reaction temperature was 80 ℃ and the reaction time was 9~10 h. Under these conditions, the yield of C_(5)F_(10)O was 87%~88%, and the purity was>95%. This method had mild conditions, simple operation and high yield, so it was easy to large-scale production.
