摘　　要：液动销齿推车机是在电动链式、绳式推车机后发展出来的新型矿井操车设备,在矿井中得到了广泛使用。相比于电动链式、绳式推车机,液动销齿推车机不仅结构简单便于维修,而且噪声小、效率高,但是在使用中也有局限,如只能推车不能拉车,不能实现对单侧马头门情况下将罐笼内矿车拉出,只能人工将矿车拉出,不仅效率低,还增加了工人的劳动强度,存在安全隐患。为此,提出改进方案,设计了磁吸分体式销齿推拉机,实现推车机的拉车功能,保障在单侧马头门工况下操车人员安全,降低工人的劳动强度,实现矿井生产在单侧马头门操车时的自动化。Hydraulic pin-gear push car machine is a new type of mine operation equipment developed after electric chain type and rope type push car machine, which has been widely used in mine. Compared with the electric chain type and rope type push car machine, the hydraulic pin-gear push car machine is not only simple in structure and easy to maintain, but also low in noise and high in efficiency, but also has limitations in use. For example, it can only push the car but not pull it, and it can not pull out the mine car in the cage under the condition of one side horse head door. It can only pull out the mine car manually, which not only has low efficiency, but also increases the labor intensity of workers, there are potential safety hazards. Therefore, the improvement scheme was put forward, and the magnetic split type pin-gear push-pull machine was designed to realize the pulling function of the push car machine, ensure the safety of operators under the working condition of unilateral horsehead door, reduce the labor intensity of workers, and realize the automation of mine production during the operation of unilateral horsehead door.
