摘　　要：针对一些小型液压机系统以及一些小负载垂直运动液压缸的液压系统,把液压差动连接快速回路与液压平衡回路相结合,实现垂直运动液压缸的快速运动。差动回路的应用大大减少了泵组的排量,达到了节能的效果。平衡回路与差动回路的结合,既解决了快速运动的问题,又解决了垂直运动油缸的平衡问题。特别地引入一种新型液压平衡阀,方便实现垂直运动液压缸的快速运动。该回路在某振动压机上的成功应用,系统装机功率节省50%。Aiming at some small hydraulic system and some hydraulic system with small load vertical movement, the hydraulic differential connection fast circuit and hydraulic balance circuit were combined to achieve the fast movement of vertical movement hydraulic cylinder. The application of differential circuit greatly reduces the displacement of the pump group and achieves the effect of energy saving. The combination of the balance circuit and the differential circuit not only solves the problem of fast movement, but also solves the problem of the equilibrium of the vertical movement cylinder. In particular, a new type hydraulic balance valve was introduced to realize the fast movement of vertical movement hydraulic cylinders. The successful application of the circuit in a vibration press, the installed power of the system is saved by 50%.
