摘 要:滑靴副作为高压轴向柱塞泵三大摩擦副之一,运动及受力情况最为复杂,不仅存在较大的功率损失,且作为易损部位极易导致烧盘及滑靴结构变形失效,对柱塞泵性能具有重要影响。以煤机装备用斜盘式高压柱塞泵滑靴副为研究对象,利用MATLAB软件数值计算得出间隙油膜全周期压力场及厚度场变化规律。As one of the three friction pairs of the high pressure axial piston pump, the slipper pair has the most compliex movement and force, which not only has a large power loss, but is also a vulnerable part that can easily cause the burning disk and the slipper structure to deform and fail, which has an important impact on the performance of the piston pump. The slipper pair of the swash plate high pressure piston pump used in coal machinery equipment was taken as the research object, and the variation law of the gap oil film full-cycle pressure field and thickness field was obtained by numerical clculation with MATLAB software.
