摘 要:富水松软煤岩层下向抽采钻孔渗水量较大,当前排水措施不能做到及时排水,影响钻孔瓦斯抽采效果,且积水易导致钻孔进一步塌孔使钻孔失效。为了解决此问题,研究一种富水区域软煤层下向钻孔自动排水装置。通过自动检测钻孔内积水深度,程序控制排水时机,避免钻孔长期处于浸水条件,同时通过压力控制排水深度可以有效避免软煤岩层钻孔小范围塌孔导致的排水管失效。该装置为富水条件下软弱煤岩层下向抽采钻孔排水保孔提供了一种新的技术手段,有利于提高煤层瓦斯抽采效率。There is a large amount of water seepage in the downward borehole under the water-rich soft coal seam and stratum, the current drainage measures can not drain water in time, which affects the effect of gas drainage in borehole and the accumulation of water easily leads to collapse of borehole and disable of extraction. In order to solve this problem, an automatic water drainage device for soft coal drilling in water-rich area was studied. By automatically detecting the depth of water in the borehole and controlling the timing of drainage through the program, it can avoid the long-term soaking condition of the borehole. Meanwhile, by controlling the drainage depth through pressure, it can effectively avoid the failure of the drainage pipe caused by the hole collapse in a small range in the drilling of the weak coal stratum. The device provides a new technical means for downward drainage hole protection in soft coal seam and stratum under the condition of rich water, which is helpful to improve the coal gas drainage efficiency.
