摘 要:为解决喷浆机在施工作业中存在回弹量过高、粉尘浓度大和混凝土强度低等问题,对喷浆机的工艺及结构进行了优化设计。首先设计制浆机单独搅拌水泥浆,从根源上降低粉尘浓度;其次设计螺旋式喷头,在喷头内壁开设3组光滑曲线凹槽,每组凹槽相对前一组旋转20°,增强了物料混合效果,从而降低了回弹量。喷浆系统优化对改善煤矿井下作业环境、降低煤矿工人尘肺病具有重要意义。In order to solve the problems of high rebound, high dust concentration and low concrete strength in the construction of the shotcrete machine, optimization designed the technology and structure of the shotcrete machine. Firstly, designed the pulping machine to stir the cement slurry separately to reduce the dust concentration from the source. Secondly, designed the spiral sprinkler, set up 3 sets of smooth curved grooves on the inner wall of the sprinkler, and each set of grooves rotates20° relative to the previous set. The design increases the material mixing effect, thereby reduces the springback amount of shotcrete. The optimization of the shotcrete system is of great significance for improving the underground working environment of coal mines and reducing coal mine workers pneumoconiosis.
