摘 要:介绍了一种新型的采煤机机载式集中注油系统。该系统将液压油注油装置和齿轮润滑油注油装置分开并与原泵站系统集成在一起,以采煤机泵站系统中的调高泵为动力。该系统加注过程互不影响,也不会造成油液的交叉污染,操作简单、可靠,既减少了工人在注油时的工作量,也避免了传统加油方法对油液的污染。Introduced a new type of shearer mounted concentrated oil injection system. This system separates the hydraulic oil injection device and the gear lubricating oil injection device, and integrates them with the original pump station system. The system is powered by the elevating pump in the pump station system of shearer. The system does not affect each other in the process of filling, and does not cause cross contamination of oil. It is simple and reliable to operate. Not only reduces the workload of workers in the process of filling oil, but also avoids the pollution of oil by traditional refueling method.
