摘　　要：常规煤矿钻机在井下钻孔施工过程中,钻杆的装卸由人工完成。要实现钻杆装卸的自动化,首先需要研制钻杆储存及钻杆输送机构,其次要有钻杆拧卸配套机构。研制的自动装卸钻杆装置可以实现钻杆储存、输送等功能;自动拧卸钻杆装置主要用来加接钻杆,即自动松开、拧紧钻杆之间的螺纹联接,并能有效地保护钻杆螺纹,通过2种装置的配合便可实现钻机的自动上下钻杆功能。In the process of drilling construction of conventional coal mine drilling rig, the loading and unloading of drill pipe were completed manually. In order to realize the automation of drill pipe loading and unloading, firstly must develope the drill pipe storage and conveying mechanism, secondly has the supporting mechanism of drill pipe screwing and unloading. The developed automatic loading and unloading drill pipe device can realize the functions of drill pipe storage and transportation;the automatic screwing and unloading drill pipe device is mainly used to add drill pipe, namely that automatically loosen and tighten the connection between drill pipes, and effectively protect the drill pipe thread. Through the cooperation of the two devices, the drilling rig can realize the automatic loading and unloading drill pipe function.
