摘  要:弧齿锥齿轮具有降噪、减振、寿命长、负荷承载能力高和易于成形等优点。以某型弧齿锥齿轮为研究对象,基于MASTA建立弧齿锥齿轮传动仿真模型并对弧齿锥齿轮啮合及动态特性进行数值仿真。仿真结果表明:不同加载载荷下,弧齿锥齿轮啮合错位量不同;弧齿锥齿轮接触区域为近似椭圆形,传动误差呈现周期性变化的趋势,动态啮合力在某一值上下波动。该研究为弧齿锥齿轮啮合和动态特性的改善、传动效率的提高、疲劳寿命的延长等方面提供理论依据和技术支持。Spiral bevel gears have excellent characteristics for noise reduction and vibration reduction,long life, high load bearing capacity and easy forming. A certain type of spiral bevel gear has been taken as the research object, the spiral bevel gear transmission simulation model has been established,and the bevel gear meshing and dynamic characteristics of spiral bevel gear have been numerical simulated based on MASTA. The simulation results show that under different loading loads, the meshing dislocation of the spiral bevel gear is different;the contact area of the spiral bevel gear is approximately elliptical, the transmission error presents a periodic change trend, and the dynamic meshing force fluctuates up and down a certain value. The research provides theoretical basis and technical support for the improving of meshing and dynamic characteristics, the increasing of transmission efficiency, and the extension of fatigue life for spiral bevel gear.
