摘 要:传统的经验方法常常因为设计过于保守,导致小车架的材料浪费严重,起重机的整体结构偏大。为充分发挥材料的承载性能,以某双梁桥式起重机小车架为例,将响应面模型和多岛遗传算法相结合,对小车架结构进行轻量化设计。结果表明,起重机小车架的重量减轻了17.75%,轻量化效果较为明显。The traditional experience method is too conservative in design, which leads to serious material waste of trolley frame and the overall structure of crane is too large. In order to give full play to the bearing capacity of materials, taking the trolley frame of a double-beam bridge crane as an example, combined the response surface model with the multi-island genetic algorithm to carry out the lightweight design of trolley frame structure. The result shows that the weight of crane trolley frame is reduced by 17.75% and the effect of lightweight is obvious.
