摘  要:节能减排是我国的生态环境保护规划的重要抓手,也是各类企业落实科学发展观,提高经济发展质量和效益、增强企业核心竞争力的根本要求。对于烟叶生产行业而言,烤房的热源形式从燃煤向空气源热泵转换是落实节能减排需求的必然手段。本次研究以现有燃煤烟叶烤房为基础,提出了在热源改造过程中装烟室、空气源热泵以及控制系统等方面的技术方案,并针对技术方案进行了试验研究和对比分析。本研究将对烟叶生产行业的节能减排技术创新提供指引作用。Energy saving and emission reduction is an important starting point of China’s eco-environmental protection planning, and also the fundamental requirement for all kinds of enterprises to implement the scientific outlook on development, improve the quality and efficiency of economic development, and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. For the tobacco industry, the conversion of heat source form from coal to air source heat pump is an inevitable means to implement the demand of energy conservation and emission reduction. This paper, based on the existing coal-fired tobacco curing barn, puts forward the technical solutions of loading room, air source heat pump and control system in the process of heat source transformation, and carries out the experimental research and comparative analysis of the technical solutions. It will provide guidance for the innovation of energy saving and emission reduction technology in tobacco production industry.
