综合护理干预在新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征呼吸机治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:以患有呼吸窘迫综合征的新生儿为研究对象,探讨在新生儿呼吸机治疗中实施综合护理干预的应用效果。方法:本次的研究对象为蚌埠市第一人民医院收治的103例呼吸窘迫综合征新生儿,所有研究对象均在蚌埠市第一人民医院运用呼吸机进行相关治疗并配合相应的护理措施。其中,配合常规护理干预的51例新生儿为参考组,配合综合护理干预的52例新生儿为研究组。研究组与参考组新生儿在蚌埠市第一人民医院治疗与护理的时间为2020年4月-2021年4月。统计分析研究组与参考组新生儿护理后的血气指标,同时记录对比研究组与参考组新生儿护理后的不良症状发生情况。结果:与参考组新生儿护理后的血气分析指标对比,研究组改善更明显(P<0.05),与参考组新生儿的总体不良症状发生情况对比,研究组更低(P<0.05)。结论:相对于常规护理干预而言,在新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征呼吸机治疗中,实施综合护理干预,更能改善新生儿的血气指标,减少不良症状发生情况。Objective: To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of neonatal ventilator. Methods: Totally 103 cases of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome in our hospital were selected as the research subjects, receiving ventilator and corresponding nursing measures. Among them, 51 cases of newborns with routine nursing intervention were selected as the reference group, 52 cases of newborns with comprehensive nursing intervention as the study group. The study group and the reference group were treated and nursed in our hospital from April 2020 to April 2021. The blood gas indexes of the two groups after neonatal care were statistically analyzed, and the adverse symptoms after neonatal care were recorded and compared. Results: Compared with the blood gas indexes of the reference group, the improvement of the study group was more obvious(P < 0.05), and compared with the overall adverse symptoms of the reference group, the study group was lower(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Compared with the routine nursing intervention, the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome with ventilator can better improve the blood gas index of newborns and reduce the occurrence of adverse symptoms.
