摘　　要：由于高水平的贸易限制措施加剧国际贸易和世界经济的不确定性,为了充分了解我国纺织品产业所面临的国际贸易环境,对我国纺织品的产业现状和2016~2020年WTO发布的纺织品通报情况进行分析,并提出应对措施建议。研究结果表明:我们需要加快技术标准制定重心的转移;大力推动纺织标准服务的信息化进程;建议恢复关于纺织品标签标识的强制性国家标准要求;加强对非洲等"一带一路"国家标准法规和国外产业用纺织品TBT通报的关注。The standard index retrieval method based on semantic technology is to use the semantic relationship between ontology technology to build standard literature data, and use rules and the classification method of SVM implementation standards and associated indicators to achieve the intelligent precise retrieval of information, so as to improve the utilization of standard literature, and support standardization work such as standards development, standards comparison and compliance, standards "forerunner" and so on.
