电缆用阻燃包带防火性能失效分析

摘  要:阻燃包带是电线电缆常用的护套材料,其老化后的燃烧性能直接影响电线电缆的质量问题、应用范围、应用时间和防火性能。本文通过垂直燃烧和氧指数试验方法,在未老化、耐盐水老化和湿热老化条件下分别研究了4种阻燃包带的垂直燃烧性能和氧指数。结果表明,与老化前比较老化后阻燃包带无论是垂直燃烧等级还是氧指数数值都明显下降,最后根据试验效果给出了防火性能失效判据和分析,建议有关部门定期送检,并提出定期送检周期建议和失效评估依据。Flame-retardant tape is a common sheath material for wire and cable. The burning performance after aging directly affects the quality, application range, application time and fire resistance of wire and cable. In this paper, the vertical combustion performance and oxygen index of four kinds of flame-retardant bale are studied under the condition of no aging, salt water aging and damp heat aging by vertical combustion and oxygen index tests. The results show that both the vertical combustion grade and oxygen index value of flame-retardant tape decrease obviously after aging. The failure criteria and analysis of fire performance are given according to the test results. It is suggested that the relevant departments should submit the inspection regularly, and the suggestions of periodic inspection and basis of failure evaluation are put forward finally.
