摘 要:目的比较由β-磷酸三钙、聚α-羟基丙酸-羟基乙酸共聚物组成的新型骨充填黏合剂与自固化磷酸钙人工骨的骨修复效果。方法选取15只骨骼成熟的健康成年新西兰家兔,手术造成双侧股骨髁损伤,形成腔洞,分别在15只家兔右侧股骨髁处植入新型骨充填黏合剂(观察组),左侧股骨髁处植入自固化磷酸钙人工骨(对照组),在术后1、4、12周每组处死5只家兔并取整段股骨髁,骨组织经处理后行苏木精-伊红染色,显微镜下观察新骨的形成情况。结果术后1周与术后4周对照组的成骨能力较观察组强,术后12周观察组的骨形成方式与对照组不同,对照组的骨母细胞主要被覆于成骨表面,而观察组的骨母细胞位于成骨的中央,同时观察组的成骨较对照组更成熟。结论采用新型骨充填黏合剂进行骨修复成骨速度较慢,但成骨的结构要优于采用自固化磷酸钙人工骨进行骨修复。Objective To compare the effects of a new bone filling adhesive composed of β-Tricalcium phosphate, polylactic-co-glycolic acid and self-setting calcium phosphate artificial bone in bone repair.MethodsFifteen healthy adult New Zealand rabbits with mature bones were selected. Bilateral femoral condyles were injured and cavity was formed. New Bone filling adhesive was implanted in the right femoral condyle of 15 rabbits(observation group) while the left femoral condyles were implanted with self-setting calcium phosphate artificial bone(control group). Five rabbits were killed every week at 1, 4, and 12 week after surgery, the whole femoral condyles were taken. Bone tissue was treated with hematoxylin-eosin staining, and the formation of new bone was observed under a microscope.ResultsThe osteogenic ability of the control group was stronger than observation group at 1 week and 4 weeks. The bone formation pattern of the observation group was different from that of the control group at 12 weeks. The osteoblasts in the control group were mainly covered on the surface of osteogenesis, while the osteoblasts in the observation group were located in the center of osteogenesis. The osteoblasts in the observation group were more mature than those in the control group.ConclusionThe new bone filling adhesive has a slow osteogenic speed, and the osteogenic structure of the new bone filling adhesive is better than that of the self curing calcium phosphate artificial bone.
