摘  要:为了有效解决动车组轮对混流检修模型在信息系统中的映射,提出了轮对检修的整体业务流程与智能制造信息系统框架。以轮对检修过程为主线,详细阐述了关键业务流程的实现方式,包括:基于ERP-MOM平台的确检子系统的数据模型与功能设计、以最佳加工效率为目标的轮对选配系统的设计、基于ISA-95标准的检修执行系统设计与设备测量参数采集等关键问题的研究。通过上述关键体系架构与功能的实施,可有效地实现轮对混流检修业务在信息系统中的数字挛生,进而提升轮对检修的效率以及检修现场的数据采集能力。In order to effectively solve the mapping of the mixed-flow maintenance model of MU wheelsets in the information system,the overall business process of wheelset maintenance and the framework of intelligent manufacturing information system are proposed. Taking the overhaul process of wheelset as the main line,the realization mode of key business process is expounded in detail. This includes the data model and function design of the verification subsystem based on THE ERP-MOM platform,the design of the wheelset selection system aiming at the optimal machining efficiency, and the research of key issues such as the design of the maintenance implementation system based on ISA-95 standard and the acquisition of equipment measurement parameters. Through the implementation of the above key architecture and functions, the digital twin of the wheelset mixed-flow maintenance service in the information system can be effectively realized,and the efficiency of the wheelset maintenance and the data collection ability of the maintenance site can be improved.
