摘  要:3D打印技术在瓣膜性心脏病的精准立体成像方面有明显优势,其指导下的微创介入技术的临床应用范围和深度不断发展,本文分别介绍这一技术在主动脉瓣膜疾病、二尖瓣瓣膜疾病的临床应用现状以及进展,最后探讨3D打印技术未来在心脏瓣膜病应用的趋势以及发展中遇到的问题。3D printing technology has obvious advantages in accurate stereoscopic imaging of valvular heart disease.The scope and depth of the clinical application of minimally invasive interventional techniques under its guidance are constantly improving.This article introduces the clinical application and progress of this technique in aortic valve disease and mitral valve disease respective⁃ly.Finally,the application trend and problems of 3D printing technology in heart valve disease in the future are also discussed.
