摘　　要：香港大学、香港科技大学、香港中文大学与香港城市大学等一流大学主要以学院实体型、学术团体型、科研凝聚型等组织形式组建学科群,以组织的异质性、合作的多样化展开多学科的科学研究与人才培养,实现"追求卓越、坚守诚信、学术自由"的核心价值。香港这4所大学以创办一流大学或国际大学为信念与共同愿景,将各学科构建成巨型网络。通过发挥网络弱连接的优势,以成员的多样性点燃创新的火花;发挥网络的结构洞的位置优势,搭建学科之间的"桥梁";构建适度的学科中心度,扩大社会影响力与提高社会声誉。将粤港澳大湾区建成高等教育的高地和国际高等教育示范区,大湾区各大学须不断完善学科群的组织形式,打破学科、院校之间的藩篱,构建由核心层、中间层与外围层组成的复杂网络,加强各学科之间的联结,促进学科成员之间的对话与沟通,建设若干一流学科群或特色学科群,形成核心竞争力。The first-class universities in Hong Kong,namely,the University of Hong Kong,the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology,the Chinese University of Hong Kong,the City University of Hong Kong,set up disciplinary groups through various organizational forms,such as college group,academic group and scientific research group.The purpose is to carry out multidisciplinary scientific research and personnel training and to promote heterogeneous organization and diversified cooperation,thus realizing the core values of"pursuing excellence,adhering to integrity and academic freedom".These four universities in Hong Kong,with the common goal of establishing first-class universities or international universities,seek to build all disciplines into a huge network.The four universities ignite the spark of innovation and build a bridge between disciplines by giving full play to the advantages of diversified network connections;they extend their social influence and improve reputation by building disciplinary centers.To build Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area into a highland and an international demonstration area of higher education,universities in the Greater Bay Area must constantly improve the organizational form of disciplinary groups,breaking the barriers between disciplines and institutions,building a complex knowledge network consisting of core layers,middle layers and peripheral layers,strengthening the connection among disciplines,promoting dialogue and communication among disciplinary members,building a number of first-class discipline groups or featured discipline groups and forming core competitiveness.
