摘　　要：为降低汽车能耗和二氧化碳排放,全球主要国家均出台了轻型汽车二氧化碳/燃油经济性标准法规。随着全球应对气候变化工作日益深入,各国对汽车二氧化碳排放管理的目标也在不断调整,其中欧美经过评估后于2021年发布了对前期标准法规修订的草案。通过研究发现,欧美的标准修订提案在二氧化碳排放目标、新能源汽车核算以及循环外技术等方面的调整方式具有相似性,对我国第六阶段乘用车燃料消耗量标准制定具有一定参考意义。In order to reduce automotive energy consumption and CO2 emissions, major countries around the world have issued CO2/fuel economy standards and regulations for light-duty vehicles. With the deepening of the global response to climate change, the goals of automotive CO2 emissions in various countries are also constantly adjusted. After evaluation, Europe and the United States issued a draft of the revision of early standards and regulations in 2021. Through the research, it is found that the revised proposals in Europe and the United States have similarities in the adjustment directions of CO2 emission target, new energy vehicle accounting and off-cycle technology,which will have important reference significance for the formulation of passenger vehicle fuel consumption standard in the 6 th stage of China.
