摘　　要：目前国内创伤急救体制与流程存在诸多弊端,已经无法满足现代创伤急救的需求。基于我国创伤中心的建设现状,借鉴国内外创伤中心的建设经验,我院提出一体化、信息化、全程化的新创伤急救理念,并以此指导创伤中心的建设,经过7年的持续建设与改进,目前已经初步建成了规范化的区域创伤中心,对创伤患者的救治能力有大幅提升,在各项体现创伤救治效率的指标包括严重创伤患者在抢救大厅滞留时间、患者到达医院开始实施抢救的时间、完成全身快速CT扫描的时间、建立人工气道的时间、完成胸腔闭式引流术的时间等均有明显改善。现就我院在新创伤理念下的创伤中心建设的经验进行总结,从而更好地促进创伤中心的建设与发展。At present, there are many disadvantages in the traditional trauma emergency system and process in China, which cannot meet the needs of modern trauma emergency. Based on the construction situation of trauma centers in our country and the foreign construction experience of the trauma center, the new concept of integrated, informatized and thoroughly trauma emergency was put forward by our hospital for guiding the construction of trauma center. After 7 years’ continuous development and improvement, the standardized regional trauma center has been preliminarily established. Besides, the ability of treating trauma patients and in terms of various indicators that reflect the efficiency of trauma treatment, such as the time for severe trauma patients to stay in the rescue hall, the time for patients to arrive at the hospital until starting the rescue, the time to complete the whole body rapid CT scan, the time to establish the artificial airway, the time to complete the closed thoracic drainage, etc, have been significantly improved. This paper summarizes the experience of the trauma center construction in our hospital under the new trauma concept, so as to promote the construction and development of the trauma center better.
