摘　　要：始于2016年3月的苏州健康市民"531"行动计划,明显加速了苏州地区各级医院创伤中心及其区域创伤救治体系的建设。笔者详细介绍苏州地区历时5年创伤中心和区域创伤救治体系的建设历程、经验和存在问题,为尚未建成或正在建设创伤中心同道提供参考资料,试图在急诊医学这一平台完善创伤中心及其体系建设,探索"可复制、能推广"的创伤中心模式。The"531" action plan for healthy citizens of Suzhou, which began in March 2016, has significantly accelerated the construction of trauma centers of hospitals at all levels in Suzhou and their regional trauma treatment system. This paper introduces in detail the five-year construction process of trauma center and regional trauma treatment system in Suzhou, and introduces the experience and existing problems of trauma center and its system construction in Suzhou, so as to provide reference materials for emergency and trauma treatment centers that have not been built or are under construction. This paper attempts to improve the trauma center and its system construction on the platform of emergency medicine, and to explore the trauma center model of "replicable and popularized".
