上海市既有多层住宅加装电梯使用现状研究

摘　　要：随着既有多层住宅加装电梯惠民工程的不断推进,越来越多的住宅装上了电梯,方便了居民出行,但在使用环节的问题也渐浙凸显。本文实地抽样调研了上海近几年加装电梯中226台的使用情况,发现主要存在五大难点问题,分别是加装施工质量把控难、使用管理的责任主体落实难、安全运行保障存在隐患、日常监督检查制度落实难、后期运维资金落实难。通过对这些难点问题进行分析,提出一些解决对策和措施建议。With the continuous progress of the project of adding elevators to the existing multi-storey buildings to benefit the people,more and more buildings are installed with elevators,which is convenient for residents to travel.However,the problems in the use process are also gradually highlighted.In this paper,the use of 226 elevators installed in Shanghai in recent years is sampled and investigated,and five difficult problems are found,such as the difficulty in controlling the construction quality,the difficulty in implementing the responsibility subject of the use management,the hidden danger of the safe operation,the difficulty in implementing the daily supervision and inspection system,and the difficulty in implementing the operation and maintenance funds in the later period.Through the analysis of these problems,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
