摘　　要：目的对某肉制品工厂急冻库氨气泄漏事故进行调查分析。方法于2013年4月,对该企业管理者及相关作业工人进行调查,对24名就诊患者临床资料进行分析。结果该公司在氨气管道维修作业中造成氨气泄漏,就诊患者中20人为刺激反应,4人为轻度中毒。结论预防群体职业性氨气中毒,需增强职业病防治意识,提高自我防护意识。Objective To investigation and analysis of ammonia gas leakage in a meat factory.Methods In April 2013,Enterprise managers and workers were investigated,and clinical data of 24 patients were analyzed.Results The company caused a leak in the ammonia pipeline maintenance operation,Among the patients,20 had stimulus response and 4 had mild poisoning.Conclusion To prevent group occupational ammonia poisoning,it is necessary to strengthen the awareness of occupational disease prevention of enterprise owners and the awareness of self-protection of workers.
