摘  要:为了解决传统蓄能器在放能过程中出口无法提供稳定的压力油而导致蓄能器的能量再利用效率低下的问题,提出一种可调节出口压力恒定的双皮囊蓄能器,并用于非对称泵控液压挖掘机动臂能量再生系统,在AMESim软件中建立仿真模型进行验证,再与普通蓄能器作用下系统节能效果进行对比。结果表明:在合理匹配参数的情况下,新型蓄能器可以为系统提供稳定压力油,且新型蓄能器相比普通蓄能器可多释放25%能量,电机功率降低9.85%,电机节约6.9%能量。In order to solve the problem that the outlet of traditional accumulator can not provide stable pressure oil in the process of discharging energy,which leads to the low energy reuse efficiency of the accumulator,a double bladder accumulator with constant outlet pressure was presented,which was used in the boom energy regeneration system of asymmetric pump controlled hydraulic excavator.The simulation model was established in AMESim software for verification,and then it was compared with ordinary accumulator.The results show that under the condition of reasonable matching of parameters,the new accumulator can provide stable pressure oil for the system;compared with the ordinary accumulator,the new accumulator can release 25%more energy,the motor power can be reduced by 9.85%,and the motor energy can be saved by 6.9%.
