摘  要:为探明正交车铣已加工表面形貌变化规律,对已加工表面宏观形貌进行研究。在建立正交车铣已加工表面宏观形貌仿真算法的基础上,仿真各切削参数下正交车铣已加工表面宏观形貌的三维图形,分析各切削参数对已加工表面宏观形貌的影响规律,并进行了试验验证。研究结果反映了正交车铣已加工表面圆柱度的变化规律,为提高正交车铣的加工精度提供了指导。For ascertain changing rules of machined surface profile in orthogonal turn-milling,the macroscopic profile of machined surface in orthogonal turn-milling was researched.The simulation algorithm of machined surface macroscopic profile in orthogonal turn-milling was built.Three dimensional graphics of machined surface macroscopic profile corresponding to cutting parameters were simulated and changing rules of those were analyzed.Finally,above simulation results were verified by some experiments.The above work reflect the changing rules of machined surface macroscopic profile in orthogonal turn-milling,it offers a reference for improving cutting precision of orthogonal turn-milling.
