摘　　要：文章介绍了干支耳位疗法的理论架构、应用中遵循的条例,揭示了干支耳位疗法的时空模式特点,以及在临床诊断、治疗中的价值。干支耳位疗法是运用《黄帝内经》经络学说、经筋学说、脏腑学说、五运六气理论以及《伤寒论》六经辨证等理论为指导思想,将耳朵、耳孔周围按规律划分为12个区域,形成一个系统的、庞大的耳部诊断、治疗体系。本疗法广泛应用于各科多种疾病的治疗,显示出极好疗效,有良好的临床应用、研究、推广价值,属于纯中医理论指导下的中医外治法。This paper introduces the theoretical framework and application rules of the Chinese sexagenary cycle auricular part therapy, and reveals the spatio-temporal characteristics of the Chinese sexagenary cycle auricular part therapy, as well as its value in clinical diagnosis and treatment. The Chinese sexagenary cycle auricular part therapy is to use the Huangdi Neijing meridian theory, the musculature zone theory, the viscera theory, the theory of five phases circuits and six climatic factors, and the Shanghan Lun theory of syndrome differentiation of six meridians as the guiding ideology. The ears and ear holes are divided into 12 areas according to the law, forming a systematic and Huge ear diagnosis and treatment system. This therapy is widely used in the treatment of various diseases in various departments, showing excellent curative effect, and has good clinical application, research and promotion value. It belongs to the external treatment of Chinese medicine under the guidance of pure Chinese medicine theory.
