摘  要:目的:观察大鼠灌胃吴茱萸、黄连水煎液前后体表不同部位的红外热效应变化趋势。方法:用红外热像检测平台测量大鼠灌胃前后背部、腹部热效应变化的温度数值,采用体表温度均值作为客观表征指标,并分析中药寒热属性的主要影响区域。结果:数据统计结果显示随灌胃次数增加,吴茱萸组较正常组体表温度呈升高趋势,黄连组较正常组体表温度呈降低趋势。结论:吴茱萸和黄连对大鼠体表热效应均有显著影响,其中吴茱萸能明显升高大鼠体表温度,黄连能明显降低大鼠体表温度,结果符合传统药性对吴茱萸热性、黄连寒性的认识。Objective: To observe the change trend of infrared heat effect on different parts of the body surface of rats before and after gavage of Euodiae Fructus and Coptidis Rhizoma decoction. Methods: The infrared thermography detection platform was used to measure the temperature of the back and abdomen of rats before and after gavage. The average body surface temperature was used as an objective indicator. Image analysis software was used to analyze the main influence areas of the cold and heat attributes of traditional Chinese medicine. Results: The statistical results showed that with the increase in the number of gavages, the body surface temperature of the Euodiae Fructus group was higher than that in the control group, while the body surface temperature of the Coptidis Rhizoma group was lower than that in the control group. Conclusion: Euodiae Fructus and Coptidis Rhizoma have significant effects on the body surface temperature of rats. Among them, Euodiae Fructus can significantly increase the body surface temperature of rats while Coptidis Rhizoma is able to significantly reduce the body surface temperature of rats. The experimental results are consistent with the traditional medicinal theory of heat and cold attributes of Euodiae Fructus and Coptidis Rhizoma respectively.
