浅议《广瘟疫论》“四和”治法在温病治疗中的应用

摘　　要：文章对戴天章在《广瘟疫论》中提出"寒热并用、补泻合剂、表里双解、平其亢厉"的"四和"治法在温病治疗中的应用进行了探讨。戴天章所述虽源于"和法"而又在一定程度上高于"和法",其治法变化无穷,不再拘于和解表里,而是主张使寒热、表里、虚实、阴阳等矛盾双方趋于协调,达到相对的动态平衡,充分体现了中医调阴燮阳、整体调理的治疗特色,在温病治疗中具有重要的指导作用和实用价值,临床应给予相应重视。To introduce the clinical application of ‘four harmonizing’ methods of Guang Wenyi Lun written by DAI Tian-zhang in treating warm diseases that including ‘using warming and heat-clearing simultaneously, using reinforcing and reducing simultaneously, expelling pathogens from both interior and superficies, and coordinating yin and yang’. The exposition of DAI Tian-zhang is more comprehensive than ‘harmonizing method’ though it stems from ‘harmonizing method’. ‘Harmonizing method’ proposed by DAI Tian-zhang stands for coordinating the contradictions of cold and heat, exterior and interior, asthenia and sthenia, and yin and yang instead of reconciling superficies and interior, so as to reach the dynamic equilibrium. Therefore,we should attach great importance to the DAI’s ‘four harmonizing methods’, which embodies the treatment characteristics of coordinating yin and yang and conditioning holistically of traditional Chinese medicine, and is of great theoretical significance and practical value in treating warm diseases.
