国医大师班秀文运用壮医药治疗妇科疾病学术经验

摘　　要：国医大师班秀文从医60余年,不仅擅长运用中医治疗内科、妇科、儿科等疾病,还致力于壮医药的收集整理与研究,是壮医药学的创建者、实践者之一。班教授推崇壮族医药,善用毒虚理论指导妇科疾病的治疗;在诊断上采用四诊合参,并辅以壮医望诊、甲诊和指诊;治疗上主张内治与外治结合,治法融汇变通;组方中灵活运用壮药,拓宽用药思路;他还强调药食同源,在预防和治疗中善用壮族食疗。班教授运用壮医药治疗妇科疾病效果显著,对当代妇科疾病的临证治疗有重要的借鉴意义。TCM master BAN Xiu-wen has been a doctor for more than 60 years. He is not only good at using traditional Chinese medicine to treat difficult and miscellaneous diseases in internal medicine, gynecology and pediatrics, but also committed to the collection and research of Zhuang medicine. He is one of the founders and practitioners of Zhuang medicine. Professor BAN highly praised Zhuang medicine, and was good at using the theory of toxin deficiency to guide the treatment of gynecological diseases;in disease diagnosis, he used four diagnostic methods and reference, supplemented by Zhuang doctor’s observation, nail diagnosis and finger diagnosis;in treatment, he advocated the combination of internal and external treatment, and the combination of treatment methods;in medication, he broadened medication ideas, and flexibly used Zhuang medicine in prescriptions;he emphasized the homology of medicine and food, and was good at using Zhuang food therapy in prevention and treatment. It is of great significance to improve the clinical treatment of gynecological diseases.
